Make your Mai Tai sparkle!  A classic Mai Tai just can’t be beat for its refreshing, tropical flavors but we thought we’d take it up a notch with bubbly! This combo makes for a unique cocktail perfect for unwinding this weekend or for serving at your next party.

ingredients

  • 2 oz Ayala Majeur
  • ¾ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
  • 1 ½ rum
  • ½ oz orange liqueur
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • Ice

instructions

  • Add all ingredients except sparkling wine to a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
  • Pour champagne into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice
  • Strain shaken tin contents into the glass and stir
