There’s something undeniably enchanting about strawberries and sparkling wine. Add a hint of rose, and you’ve got a cocktail that feels like a love letter to summer nights. Strawberry Moon is lush, floral, and fruit-forward—balanced with bright citrus and just enough effervescence to keep things light. It’s the kind of drink you want to enjoy under fairy lights, on a picnic blanket, or during a rooftop toast. The fresh strawberry purée gives it that beautiful soft pink hue without added syrups or dyes, while a drop of rose water elevates it into a cocktail that feels truly special.

ingredients:

  • 2 oz fresh strawberry purée

  • ½ oz lemon juice

  • 1 drop rose water

  • 3 oz Brut sparkling wine

  • Edible flower or strawberry slice, for garnish

directions:

  1. Combine strawberry purée, lemon juice, and rose water in a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake and strain into a flute.

  3. Top with Brut and garnish.

Cheers!
