There’s something timeless about a French 75... the delicate balance of botanicals, bubbles, and citrus is pure sophistication in a glass. But we’ve dialed up the sunshine with this bright, juicy remix: Citrus Splash 75.

By blending lemon and orange juice with crisp Brut sparkling wine and a splash of gin, you get a refreshing cocktail that feels like a summer celebration. It’s easy to make, light enough for daytime sipping, and elegant enough to wow guests at your next gathering. Think of it as a mimosa with ambition or a spritz with a little more sparkle.

ingredients:

  • 3 oz Brut sparkling wine (we love this paired with Bee D'Vine !)

  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice

  • ½ oz fresh orange juice

  • ½ oz simple syrup

  • Lemon twist or orange peel, for garnish

directions:

  1. In a shaker with ice, combine gin, lemon juice, orange juice, and simple syrup.

  2. Shake and strain into a flute or coupe.

  3. Top with chilled Brut sparkling wine.

  4. Garnish with a citrus twist and enjoy!

Cheers!
